About the Role:We are looking for a Junior / Associate Legal Professional to join our team and assist in Title Verification, Land Due Diligence, and preparation of Title Reports. The role is ideal for a law graduate or earlycareer advocate who is enthusiastic, willing to learn and confident in engaging with Law Enforcement Agencies when required. Key ResponsibilitiesTitle Verification and preparation of comprehensive Title Reports.Conducting Land Due Diligence including ownership checks, encumbrance analysis and statutory compliance.Performing Revenue Records Check to validate entries and ensure accuracy.Applying Revenue Laws and allied statutes relevant to Telangana State.Drafting legal documents, notices, and reports with statutory precision.Coordinating with authorities and assisting in compliance and enforcement matters. Skills & CompetenciesStrong Legal Drafting skills.Ability to Interpret Title Documents and identify risks.Knowledge of Revenue Records and allied laws.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Professional courage and confidence to interact with enforcement agencies.Enthusiasm to learn and grow under mentorship.
