Run DU/LP and Order appraisals reputed company needed (if no PIW/ACE) Send reputed company needs list after initial file review Send reputed company needs list after the Preapproval team completes their review Obtain correct EOI, VOE s, and HOA docs reputed company requested from LOA/Processor Ensure that EOI and other documents are correct at the time of funding to avoid funding delays Maintain a tracker of reputed company files on their desk, including what is outstanding on reputed company file, to ensure that no file slips through the cracks.
