Sigtron Consumer Durables Pvt Ltd is inviting applications from experienced raw material manager'. The Raw Material Manager is responsible for planning, sourcing, and managing the availability of raw materials required for uninterrupted production. The role ensures optimal inventory levels, cost control, and coordination between procurement, stores, and production teams. Key Responsibilities: Material Planning Plan and forecast raw material requirements based on production schedulesEnsure timely availability of materials to avoid production delaysMaintain safety stock and reorder levelsProcurement Coordination Work closely with procurement team for sourcing and vendor managementMonitor supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery timelines)Negotiate pricing and ensure cost-effective purchasingInventory Management Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortagesMonitor stock movement, slow-moving, and obsolete inventoryConduct regular stock audits and ensure accuracyStores & Warehouse Management Oversee material receiving, storage, and issuance processesEnsure proper handling and storage of LED components (drivers, PCBs, chips, etc.)Implement FIFO / FEFO practicesProduction Coordination Coordinate with production team for daily material requirementsEnsure timely material issuance to meet production targetsCost Control Track material consumption and minimize wastageIdentify cost-saving opportunities in sourcing and usageQuality Control Coordination Ensure incoming materials meet quality standardsCoordinate with QA/QC for inspections and approvalsRequirements: Experience: 610+ years in inventory/material management in manufacturingStrong knowledge of inventory control and supply chain processesExperience with ERP systems and inventory softwareKey Skills: Inventory ManagementMaterial PlanningVendor CoordinationCost ControlAnalytical SkillsAttention to DetailPreferred Skills: Experience in LED / electronics manufacturingKnowledge of warehouse best practicesFamiliarity with ERP systems like SAP, Tally, etc.Compensation: From 30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insuranceLeave encashmentProvident FundWork Location: In person .
