About the roleSofvare is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its HR function in Ahmedabad. This fulltime, onsite position will oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, performance, and workplace culture.Key responsibilitiesManage endtoend HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.Develop, implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring compliance with local laws and company standards.Support compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination and HR documentation.Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, learning & development initiatives, and fostering an inclusive culture.Handle employee queries, conflict resolution, and maintain positive employee relations.Track HR metrics, prepare regular reports and drive continuous improvement of HR processes.Required profileBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR certification is a plus.Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably within technology or outsourcing services.Strong organizational, timemanagement and problemsolving abilities in a fastpaced environment.Required skillsProficiency with HRIS or HR management tools.Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.What we offerOpportunity to shape HR strategy in a growing technology services firm.Collaborative, inclusive workplace with focus on professional development. .
