Job Description Partner with the India HR Head to drive HR operations and organization-wide people initiatives.Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, processes, and employee communication programs.Manage employee lifecycle processes, HR governance, and operational excellence initiatives.Support compensation & benefits administration and HR compliance activities.Work closely with the sales organization and provide HR support on performance, incentives, and workforce-related matters.Partner with factory and field teams to address HR and administrative requirements.Drive process improvements and bring best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.Provide guidance and support to junior HR team members while serving as a key escalation point for HR-related matters. The Successful Applicant We're looking for someone who has: 8-12 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR Operations and Business HR.Well-rounded HR Generalist with experience across multiple HR domains.Exposure to compensation & benefits and employee lifecycle management.Experience supporting sales/commercial teams is highly preferred.Manufacturing or factory HR exposure is advantageous but not essential.Demonstrated ability to operate in growing or evolving organizations and build processes from the ground up.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and execution capabilities.Stable career trajectory with a track record of long tenures and organizational commitment.
