Job Title: Inbound Associate Location: Noida (Work from Office) Working Days: 6 Days Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and communication-driven Inbound Associate to manage incoming enquiries and ensure efficient lead routing to the Academic Counselling team. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective learners and plays a critical role in maintaining a seamless admission funnel. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and enquiries from prospective learners in a professional mannerUnderstand learner requirements and capture relevant details accuratelyQualify and assign leads to the appropriate Academic CounsellorsMaintain and update records in CRM systems with high accuracyEnsure timely lead allocation and minimize turnaround timeCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead flow and follow-upsEligibility Criteria Excellent verbal communication skills with clarity and confidence6 months to 2 years of experience in inbound calling, customer support, or similar rolesComfortable working in a high-volume calling environmentPreferred Skills Strong listening and comprehension abilitiesAbility to multitask and manage call volumes efficientlyBasic understanding of CRM tools and data managementHigh level of responsiveness and coordination skillsKey Competencies Communication ExcellenceAttention to DetailTime ManagementTeam Collaboration .
