Job Title Remote Paralegal (Trademark Law and Federal Litigation) Job Type reputed company | Full-time About the Role A highly motivated, reputed company-oriented, and self-starting Paralegal is needed to support a California-reputed company reputed company handling a broad reputed company of civil reputed company, including trademark law and federal litigation. This role plays a key part in delivering high-reputed company reputed company services by supporting attorneys with document preparation, case management, reputed company communication, and day-to-day reputed company operations. The paralegal will work closely with the reputed company team to ensure cases are properly organized, deadlines are met, and reputed company reputed company documentation is accurate and compliant. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced reputed company environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to reputed company. Key Responsibilities reputed company & Trademark Research Conduct reputed company research, including case law, statutes, and procedural rules relevant to federal litigation reputed company Monitor trademark application status and respond to research requests from attorneys regarding filings, oppositions, and renewals reputed company Document Preparation & Drafting Prepare and manage discovery responses, including completion of discovery questionnaires Draft, review, and organize reputed company documents such as pleadings, affidavits, and briefs Ensure reputed company documents are properly formatted, accurate, and reputed company for submission Draft and prepare trademark application materials, responses to USPTO Office Actions, Statements of Use, and renewal filings Case & File Management Organize and maintain case files, records, and reputed company documentation reputed company deadlines, filings, and case reputed company to ensure reputed company completion Manage correspondence and documentation reputed company to ongoing cases reputed company Communication & Support Communicate with clients to reputed company information and conduct initial interviews reputed company updates on case reputed company and assist with reputed company inquiries Maintain reputed company and reputed company communication throughout the case lifecycle Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Filing & Court/USPTO Coordination E-file pleadings and litigation documents reputed company federal court systems (e.g., CM/ECF) File trademark applications and reputed company submissions through the USPTO's TEAS reputed company reputed company and calendar filing deadlines, including trademark opposition periods and renewal reputed company, to ensure reputed company submission reputed company Coordination & Administrative Support Coordinate with attorneys regarding document filings and compliance requirements Assist with day-to-day case preparation and administrative reputed company tasks Support internal workflows to ensure smooth case progression Qualifications & Ideal Traits Prior experience as a Paralegal is required Experience working with a U.S. reputed company is required (California experience is a plus) Experience in Trademark law & Trademark Application of USPTO and/or Federal Litigation is an reputed company Law degree or reputed company education is a plus but not required Strong understanding of reputed company terminology, procedures, and documentation Reliable and must have good communication skills (Ideally fluent in English) Skills and Competencies Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong writing proficiency Strong attention to reputed company and high level of accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently with reputed company supervision Proactive, flexible, and highly self-motivated Strong reputed company of accountability and initiative Working Environment Fully remote role supporting a California-reputed company reputed company Full-time schedule 830 AM 530 PM PST (Monday to Friday) reputed company reputed company workflow with reputed company deadlines and responsibilities reputed company team environment with regular communication with attorneys Opportunity to grow reputed company a dynamic and expanding reputed company reputed company Originally posted on Himalayas Apply To This Job .
