Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Management role located in Virajpet. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient resource utilization, and support the delivery of consistent, high-quality healthcare services. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, managing schedules, and maintaining compliance with relevant policies and procedures. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing operational changes to enhance patient experience and organizational effectiveness. The General Manager will also contribute to budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder communication to support sustainable growth. Qualifications Demonstrated ability in operations management, including planning, organizing, and overseeing day-to-day activities in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.Experience in people management, such as supervising teams, supporting performance development, and fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management to coordinate effectively with clinical staff, administrative personnel, and external partners.Proficiency in basic financial and administrative tasks, including budgeting, reporting, documentation, and compliance with organizational policies.Ability to analyze processes and data, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical solutions that improve patient experience and operational quality.Bachelors degree in management, healthcare administration, business, or a related field; relevant experience in healthcare operations is highly beneficial.Comfort working on-site in Virajpet, with a hands-on approach to resolving operational issues and supporting frontline teams.Commitment to ethical practices, attention to detail, and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare setting. .
