Our client in Navi Mumbai , Taloja(MNC) is looking for QMS & EHS Head Experience - 15 to 20 years in experience in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or industrial environments preferred. Qualification - B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering Job Purpose To lead, develop, implement, and continuously improve the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and organizational objectives while promoting a culture of quality, safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. Key Result Areas (KRAs) 1- Quality Management - Effective implementation and maintenance of QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements. - Achievement of quality objectives and customer satisfaction targets. - Reduction in customer complaints, defects, and process non-conformities. - Timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 2- Setting, Health & Safety - Zero-fatality and reduction of workplace incidents and unsafe conditions. - Compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability objectives. - Achievement of EHS performance indicators and safety targets. - Effective emergency preparedness and response management. Compliance & Audit Management - Successful completion of internal, external, customer, and certification audits. - Timely closure of audit findings and compliance gaps. - Maintenance of statutory and legal compliance requirements. Leadership & Continuous Improvement - Development of high-performing Quality and EHS teams. - Implementation of Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement projects. - Enhancement of employee awareness and safety culture.
