Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced US Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for direct hire positions across non-IT roles in the US market. This is a remote position, and the candidate will work from home in India. Source, screen, and identify candidates for direct hire positions. Work on non-IT requirements across various industries. Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to find suitable candidates. Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate pipelines for future job openings. Ensure proper documentation of all recruitment activities. Qualifications At least 2-3 years of experience recruiting for US-based positions, with a focus on direct hire roles and non-IT requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven experience sourcing candidates for non-IT direct hire positions in the US. Familiarity with various US job boards and recruiting tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Requirements Must have a reliable internet connection and a working laptop with necessary tools for virtual recruitment. Willingness to work US hours (night shifts) from India. .
