About the Role We are looking for an experienced APAC Recruiter to support international leadership searches across the APAC region. The role will involve identifying and engaging senior talent across Technology/IT and Non-IT functions, with exposure to markets such as Malaysia and the wider APAC region. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment mandates for international leadership positions. Conduct talent mapping, market research, sourcing, and candidate identification across APAC. Identify and engage senior professionals across IT/Technology and Non-IT functions. Build and maintain strong networks of relevant professionals across international markets.Conduct candidate screening and assessment with a focus on experience, communication, and role fit.Work closely with internal search teams to understand mandates and deliver relevant profiles.Manage multiple searches independently while maintaining quality and timelines. What Were Looking For 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably from a Recruitment Consulting or Executive Search firm. Strong experience in international/APAC hiring, particularly Malaysia. Experience hiring across IT/Technology and Non-IT functions. Strong research, sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate assessment skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable engaging with senior professionals and leadership-level candidates. Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
