QuickBooks Accounting Specialist | Remote

Position: QuickBooks Accounting Specialist Type: Full-time Compensation: $70K - $100K/yr Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial data management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review. Maintain and optimize financial data within Google Sheets for improved reporting and analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally to support budget adherence and ensure financial compliance. Assist with ad hoc financial projects and provide support during audits. Requirements Have 2 of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day-to-day financial management. Possess a strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization. Have demonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
