Job Description Procurement Manager (China Sourcing, Electronics Goods) Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra Experience: 5+ Years Work days: 6 in a week Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a Procurement Executive specializing in China Sourcing to manage end-to-end procurement activities, supplier identification, vendor negotiations, import operations, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in international sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and import-export documentation. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Sourcing - Source products and suppliers from China through platforms such as Alibaba, Made-in-China, Global Sources, and direct manufacturer networks. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and compliance requirements. - Manage RFQs, quotation comparisons, and supplier selection processes. - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Vendor Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese manufacturers and trading partners. - Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality, delivery, or commercial issues. - Maintain an updated supplier database and sourcing records. Import & Logistics Coordination - Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, and logistics partners. - Track shipments from supplier dispatch to final delivery. - Manage import documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, and other customs-related documents. - Ensure compliance with import regulations and company procurement policies. Cost Optimization & Reporting - Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking. - Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. - Prepare procurement MIS reports and spend analysis reports. - Monitor procurement KPIs and supplier performance metrics. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of procurement and international sourcing. - Experience in China vendor sourcing and supplier negotiations. - Understanding of INCOTERMS (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP, etc.). - Knowledge of import-export documentation and customs procedures. - Strong analytical and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications - Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field. - Experience in sourcing from China or other international markets. - Exposure to Alibaba, Made-in-China, Global Sources, or similar sourcing platforms. - Experience in manufacturing, automotive, electronics, healthcare, consumer goods, or related industries.
