Job Summary: Responsible for leading the complete Human Resources function for a large-scale electronics manufacturing organization, including talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, HR policies, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall HR function and develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives Manage workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational structure Lead talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning Develop and implement performance management and appraisal systems Manage employee engagement, retention, grievance handling, and employee relations Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR policies Drive learning, development, leadership development, and training initiatives Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies Partner with business leaders to address organizational and people-related challenges Manage HR operations for plant and corporate functions, as applicable Develop HR MIS, dashboards, and people analytics for management review Drive HR transformation, process improvement, and organizational development initiatives Lead and mentor the HR team Skills Required: Strong HR leadership and strategic HR management skills Excellent knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management Strong understanding of manufacturing HR and plant HR operations Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Expertise in HR policies, compensation & benefits, L&D, and organizational development Proficiency in HRMS, SAP/HRIS, and MS Office Qualification & Experience: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred Graduate degree in any discipline 1520+ years of HR experience Minimum 58 years in a senior HR leadership role Preferred Experience: Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, electrical, automotive, or large-scale manufacturing Experience handling large workforces, manufacturing plants, corporate functions, and multi-location operations Strong exposure to employee relations, labour compliance, workforce planning, and organizational development Compensation: 125,000.00 - 200,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person .
