We are specifically looking for someone who can independently understand different insurer grids and convert them into a common, usable format for the Sales Team. Key Responsibilities: Collect and consolidate motor grids received from various insurance companies.Convert different insurer formats into one standardized grid format.Analyze and incorporate all relevant factors while preparing the grid.Prepare region-wise and overall grids for the Sales Team.Regularly update grids based on changes received from insurance companies.Coordinate with the relevant teams wherever clarification or additional information is required.Ensure accuracy and consistency of the grid before circulation to the Sales Team.Maintain proper records and versions of all grids.Key Requirements: Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance products and their various parameters.Good command of MS Excel, including the ability to work with large data sets and prepare structured formats.Practical knowledge of grid creation and consolidation, preferably in the insurance industry.Ability to understand and compare different insurer grids and identify relevant factors.Good analytical skills and attention to detail.Prior experience with Motor Insurance/Grid Management will be preferred.Compensation: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
