Job Summary : Valenso Spaces is seeking a Procurement Executive with experience in sourcing, vendor management, material purchase, and cost negotiation specifically for corporate and commercial interior projects. Key Responsibilities : Source and procure materials for corporate and commercial interior fit-out projects. Procure modular furniture, plywood, hardware, glass, aluminium partitions, flooring, lighting fixtures and more. Build and maintain robust vendor relationships. Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and ensure cost efficiency. Review BOQs and ensure procurement aligns with budgets. Maintain purchase orders, GRNs, quotation logs and procurement documentation. Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, designers and warehouse staff. Track deliveries and ensure timely supply to sites. Resolve quality and delivery issues with vendors. Support project execution teams with procurement updates. Required Skills & Technical Expertise Procurement & Vendor Skills: Strong vendor network in Bangalore. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Material Knowledge: Commercial-grade furniture, hardware, electrical, MEP and partition systems. Ceiling, flooring, acoustic and finishing materials. Documentation & Software: Excel (mandatory) MS Office Basic ERP knowledge Preferred Soft Skills: Strong coordination Attention to detail Time management Problem-solving attitude Qualifications : Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or Interior/Civil-related field.
