Partner with the best The Sourcing Specialist Buying/Procurement is responsible for supporting the end-to-end procurement process for assigned categories of goods and services in support of SP&S; Product Lines Globally. This role ensures timely and cost-effective purchasing while maintaining compliance with sourcing policies, SOPs, and quality standards. The individual will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless purchase order execution, supplier performance, and operational excellence. As a Sourcing Specialist Buying/Procurement you will also be responsible to: - Executing the buying process for assigned commodities in line with company sourcing policies and procedures as needed by product Line - Creating, managing, and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely delivery - Monitoring order status and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies - Maintaining accurate records and updates within ERP systems - Acting as the primary point of contact for suppliers on operational matters - Tracking supplier performance related to quality, cost, and delivery - Escalating and support resolution of supplier underperformance issues - Collaborating with suppliers to manage schedule changes and ensure business continuity - Supporting initiatives to achieve best value sourcing, balancing price, quality, and lead time - Identifying opportunities for cost savings .
