Are you an experienced US Mortgage Loan Processor or Loan Coordinator looking to advance your career This is an exciting prospect with eClerx Walk-in Interview Locations: Airoli (Mumbai) Date: 25th July 2026 (Saturday) Time: 11:00 AM 3:00 PM We're Looking For: Assistant Manager/Process Manager 5+ years of relevant experience in US Mortgage Loan Processing / Loan Coordination Immediate joiners or candidates with up to a 45-day notice period Willingness to work in the Night Shift (North America Market) Key Skills Required: - End-to-End US Mortgage Loan Processing - Loan Coordination & Pipeline Management - Pre-Underwriting Activities - Borrower, Loan Officer, Underwriter & Third-Party Coordination - Mortgage Document Review & Validation - Income & Asset Verification - Conditions Management - Title Review & Closing Coordination - Experience with Mortgage LOS platforms such as Encompass, Empower, BytePro, Calyx Point, LendingPad, LoanSphere, ICE Mortgage Technology, Blend, DocuSign, Optimal Blue, or similar tools Ideal Candidate Experience: - Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Refinance, Purchase, HELOC, or other US Mortgage products - Managing multiple loan files independently - Reviewing documentation before underwriting submission - Coordinating with stakeholders throughout the mortgage lifecycle Profiles That May Not Be Considered: - Underwriting-only experience - Data entry or document indexing-only roles - Post-closing documentation-only roles - Limited exposure to document validation or third-party coordination.
