Sr. Executive- Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our Retail TA team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for a variety of roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. Key Responsibilities:Source & screen relevant profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Head Hunting, Passive Sourcing and ensure a healthy source mix is maintained To manage the end to end recruiting process for our retail businessTo ensure 95% manning capacity at all timesBuild great partnership with business in terms of understanding the needs and delivering as per agreed SLAsDeveloping & managing respective competition portfolio by rigorous sourcingConduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and the company cultureCoordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-up communicationManage end to end recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and driving closures.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldMinimum of 3+ years of experience in recruiting for a variety of positions and levelsStrong understanding of recruitment best practices and trendsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team .
