About the role Support configuration and testing across various HR modules including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Voice, and HR Service Delivery at USI Talent Acquisition. Key responsibilities Lead configuration workshops and document design decisions for key HR modules.Execute and coordinate system configuration tasks within the HCM workstream.Develop and define comprehensive testing scenarios and scripts for multiple modules.Prepare test data, perform testing cycles, and document detailed results.Collaborate with team members to ensure build support and integration across modules. Required skills and experience 3 to 8 years of experience in HR system configuration and testing.Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Voice, and HRSD modules.Proficient in defining test scenarios, authoring test scripts, and managing test data.Ability to document design decisions and testing outcomes clearly.Experience working collaboratively within HR technology teams and coordinating build efforts.
