Position: HCC Coder / Auditor Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of CDI experience Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Salary: Up to 8 LPA for Coders | Up to 10 LPA for Auditors (based on total experience)Key Requirements: Experience in HCC Coding (Risk Adjustment). Hands-on experience in Prospective Coding. Solid knowledge of Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) in the outpatient setting. Minimum 1.5 years of CDI experience is mandatory. Good understanding of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines and HCC risk adjustment methodologies. Ability to review medical records and identify documentation gaps and opportunities. For Auditors: Experience in coding audits, quality reviews, feedback, and training support is preferred. Responsibilities: Review and assign accurate ICD-10-CM and HCC codes based on medical documentation. Perform prospective chart reviews to identify risk-adjustable conditions. Ensure coding compliance with client and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with providers and CDI teams to improve documentation quality. Maintain productivity and quality standards. For Auditors: Conduct coding audits, provide feedback, and ensure coding accuracy and compliance. .
