(DHIPL) specializes in turnkey interiors, retail fit-outs, corporate offices, showrooms, commercial spaces and exhibitions , delivering projects from design and planning to execution. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced, creative and technically strong Senior Interior Designer to independently manage projects from client brief and space planning to working drawings and execution coordination . The ideal candidate combines design creativity with strong technical and execution knowledge , ensuring designs are practical, budget-conscious and site-ready. Key Responsibilities Develop space plans, layouts, concepts and furniture designs . Prepare detailed AutoCAD working drawings, elevations, sections and furniture details . Coordinate electrical, lighting, HVAC, flooring, ceiling and other services. Select materials, finishes, laminates, veneers, hardware and fixtures. Coordinate with Estimation, Production, Purchase and Project teams . Review drawings to minimize design errors, rework and execution issues. Manage client requirements, revisions and design approvals. Conduct site visits and provide timely design clarifications. Ensure design intent is maintained during site execution. Manage multiple projects while meeting design timelines. Key KRAs / KPIs Design Quality | Working Drawing Accuracy | On-Time Design Delivery | Client Approvals | Design-to-Budget | Production Readiness | Site Query Resolution | Minimum Rework | Project Coordination Candidate Profile Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Interior Architecture ; B.Arch/B.Des preferred. 4-7 years of relevant experience in Interior Design. Strong experience in Retail, Showroom, Corporate or Commercial Interiors . Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, space planning and furniture detailing . Practical understanding of materials and interior execution. Experience coordinating with clients, vendors, production and site teams. SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, V-Ray/Enscape will be an advantage. Strong portfolio demonstrating working drawings + executed projects preferred.
