Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead factory operations for custom furniture, modular furniture, retail fixtures, joinery and interior projects . You will drive production planning, manpower, materials, quality, productivity, wastage control, finishing, packing and dispatch , while coordinating closely with Design, Purchase and Project teams. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end factory production and job scheduling . Convert drawings/BOQs into practical production plans. Manage manpower, materials, machinery and production capacity . Coordinate with Design, Purchase and Project teams. Ensure production meets quality, timelines and specifications . Control material consumption, wastage, rework and rejection. Monitor finishing, assembly, packing and project-wise dispatch. Track daily production and resolve bottlenecks. Coordinate production priorities with site/project requirements. Maintain production records, safety and factory discipline. Key KRAs / KPIs On-Time Production | Production Planning | Material & Wastage Control | Manpower Productivity | Quality & First-Pass Output | Rework & Rejection Control | Machine Utilization | Dispatch Accuracy | Site Coordination | Factory Safety Candidate Profile Diploma / B.Tech in Production, Mechanical, Furniture, Wood Technology or related field preferred. 3-5 years of relevant furniture/interior production experience. Strong exposure to Furniture Manufacturing, Modular Furniture, Retail Fixtures, Joinery or Interior Fit-Out . Ability to read AutoCAD/technical production drawings . Knowledge of boards, laminates, veneers, hardware, cutting, edge-banding, joinery, assembly and finishing . Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
