Required BDE for Polymer Trading of Engineer Experience : min 2 to 4 years Products: Plastic Salary range : 75 to 1.25 Lakhs Required : Polymer Compounder Experience min 3 years Day shift 6 Days working Job location : East Delhi Salary : 50k to 75k Preferred Industry : Manufacturing Industry The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of polymer materials, formulations, compounding machines and production processes. Key Roles & Responsibilities Handle daily polymer compounding and production activities. Operate and monitor compounding machinery and related equipment. Prepare and follow material formulations and recipes as per product requirements. Ensure proper mixing, blending and processing of polymer materials. Monitor temperature, pressure, RPM, feeding and other process parameters. Strong practical knowledge of plastic/polymer materials and compounding processes. Experience in handling polymer compounding machinery. Good understanding of production parameters and troubleshooting. Ability to identify quality and process problems and take corrective action.
