Key Responsibilities Post job openings on job boards, career sites, and LinkedIn. Source active and passive candidates using resume databases and professional networks. Screen incoming resumes and applications against job requirements. Conduct initial phone or video screening calls to check basic qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the recruitment of MIS trackers and candidate records. Assist with offer rol louts and on-boarding paperwork . Training will be provided . Requirement & Skills Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
