(DHIPL) specializes in turnkey interiors, retail fit-outs, corporate offices, showrooms, commercial spaces and exhibition interiors, delivering projects from design and procurement to execution and final handover. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to independently lead interior fit-out projects from site mobilization to client handover. The role demands strong control over execution, timelines, cost, quality, manpower, materials, vendors and client coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end interior fit-out and site execution. Plan project schedules, manpower, materials and site resources. Review drawings, BOQ, specifications and site measurements. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, design, purchase and production teams. Supervise civil, electrical, flooring, ceiling, painting, furniture and finishing works. Track project progress, cost, quality and timelines and submit DPRs. Handle clients, architects, consultants and site stakeholders. Identify execution risks, delays and variations and drive timely resolution. Manage quality inspections, snag closure, documentation and final handover. Key KRAs / KPIs On-Time Delivery | Cost & Budget Control | Quality & First-Time-Right | Vendor & Contractor Performance | Material & Manpower Planning | DPR & Progress Tracking | Snag Closure | Client Satisfaction | Safety Compliance Candidate Profile Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline. 5-8 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out / Project Execution. Strong exposure to retail, showroom, corporate or commercial interiors preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, BOQ, site measurements and project planning. Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel/work at PAN India project sites.
