Job Description Logistics Executive Location: Charni Road, Mumbai Experience: 2 -3Years Qualification: Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in any discipline) Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications) Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive with 2 -3 years of experience in international logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of export-import processes, shipping documentation, customs regulations, and shipment coordination. The role requires excellent communication and coordination skills to ensure the smooth execution of international shipments while maintaining compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare, verify, and manage export and import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin (COO), Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), Insurance Certificates, and other shipping documents. Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters, and other logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient shipment execution. Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Accounts, Procurement, and Logistics to collect, verify, and process shipment-related documentation. Track shipments and monitor the movement of shipping documents from origin to destination. Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and regulatory filings. Prepare and manage Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, ensuring compliance with banking and international trade requirements. Monitor customs clearance activities and resolve documentation discrepancies to avoid shipment delays. Provide regular updates to management regarding shipment status, documentation progress, and any operational issues. Ensure compliance with company policies, international trade regulations, and customer-specific requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline. 2 -3 years of relevant experience in International Logistics , Export-Import Operations, Container Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS , Customs Procedure, DGFT procedures, and Letter of Credit (LC) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,) and systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced logistics environment.
