UI/UX Designer

We are currently looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer for one of our client requirements. Please find the details below: Position : UI/UX Designer Experience : 6 to 7 Years Work Mode: Work from Office Location : Hyderabad Notice Period: Immediate Long Term Contract : 6 to 12 Months , Contract to Hire after Contract period Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive, user-centered web and mobile experiences aligned with business objectives. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma. Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and responsive designs. Apply accessibility and usability standards across products. Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to improve user experiences. Use analytics tools such as PostHog, Google Analytics, or Hotjar to identify user behavior and optimize experiences. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Business Analysts, and stakeholders in an Agile environment. Mentor junior designers and contribute to UX best practices. Required Skills: Strong expertise in UI/UX and Product Design. Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping. Experience with enterprise web applications and responsive design. Strong understanding of UX research, information architecture, usability testing, accessibility, and design systems. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or component-based frameworks. P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance domain experience is strongly preferred.
