Manager Delivery (Retail Automation Operations) Location: Kanjurmarg, Mumbai CTC: 6 LPA Fixed + Performance Bonus Immediate joiner preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Manager Delivery to lead Retail Automation projects and CAMC operations across Oil & Gas clients such as IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, Nayara, and Jio-bp . The role involves end-to-end project execution, field service management, customer coordination, spares planning, billing support, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage Retail Automation installations, commissioning, and CAMC operations. Lead and coordinate field engineers to ensure SLA adherence. Plan material dispatch, inventory, and spares availability. Coordinate with customers for project execution, invoicing, and payment follow-up. Monitor project progress and prepare MIS reports. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely project completion. Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements 5 -8 years of experience in Retail/Fuel Automation. Experience handling projects for IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, Nayara, or Jio-bp. Knowledge of FCC, ATG, POS, BOS, DU, networking, and retail automation systems. Strong leadership, customer management, and project coordination skills.
