Research Analyst

Job Summary Panacorp Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Technical Research Analyst to join our PhD Assistance and Research & Development team. The candidate will support research scholars by working on technical research projects, reviewing research papers, understanding research requirements, and assisting with research-related documentation and analysis. Key Responsibilities Understand the research requirements of PhD scholars and clients. Conduct technical research based on the assigned domain. Search, review, and analyze research papers, journals, and technical articles. Assist in identifying research problems, objectives, and research gaps. Support the preparation of literature reviews and technical research documents. Assist with research methodology, implementation, analysis, and result interpretation. Work on assigned research projects and complete tasks within deadlines. Coordinate with the technical team and research scholars when required. Maintain the quality, accuracy, and confidentiality of research work. Stay updated with new technologies and developments in the relevant research domain. Required Skills Good technical and analytical skills. Strong interest in research and development. Ability to read and understand research papers and technical journals. Basic knowledge of research methodology. Good problem-solving skills. Good written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new technologies and research areas.
