Job Description Sr. HR Executive Department: Human Resources Designation: Sr. HR Executive Reports To: HR Head / Director Location: Anand Surgical Hospital Pvt. Ltd. Job Purpose To manage and coordinate day-to-day HR activities, employee records, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR documentation effectively. Key Responsibilities Manage daily HR operations and employee-related activities.Handle recruitment, interview coordination, selection, and joining formalities.Maintain employee personal files, attendance, leave, and HR records.Monitor attendance, late coming, absenteeism, and shift-related issues.Coordinate monthly payroll, salary inputs, deductions, and final settlements.Handle EPFO, ESIC, gratuity, leave, and other statutory HR-related activities.Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters, memos, notices, and other HR documents.Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.Coordinate employee induction, training, performance appraisal, and competency documentation.Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with hospital policies and NABH requirements.Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee performance.Support HR audits and maintain proper records for statutory and NABH inspections.Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions.Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower reports, and other management-related data.Perform any other HR duties assigned by the HR Head / Management.Required Qualifications & Skills MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resources preferred.Minimum 24 years of HR experience; hospital/healthcare experience preferred.Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll, EPFO, ESIC, and labour compliance.Good communication, documentation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR/attendance software.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.Key Competencies Communication | Employee Relations | Recruitment | Payroll Coordination | Compliance | Documentation | Problem Solving | Team Coordination | Time Management | Confidentiality Compensation: 18,000.00 - 38,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident FundWork Location: In person .
