Project RoleIT Supplier Management Practitioner Project Role DescriptionWork with key IT suppliers (either for Accenture internally or for clients) by assisting on supplier selection, management and related procurement for a limited number of strategic suppliers. Also responsible for assisting in architecting, selling and delivering IT Spend Management (IT Business Management) services to clients, including proposal creation, service delivery cost estimating, due diligence, negotiating and contracting with suppliers, client presentations, and client service delivery. Must have skillsNetwork Infrastructures Good to have skillsNA Minimum ExperienceMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification15 years full time education SummaryAs an IT Supplier Management Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging closely with key information technology suppliers to support their selection and ongoing management. The role includes coordinating procurement activities for a select group of strategic suppliers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the practitioner contributes to designing and delivering information technology spend management services, which encompasses preparing proposals, estimating service delivery costs, conducting due diligence, negotiating contracts, and presenting solutions to clients. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and supplier performance is a central aspect of daily responsibilities. Roles & Responsibilities Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to optimize supplier relationships and enhance procurement processes. Facilitate communication between internal teams and suppliers to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues. Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. Strong understanding of supplier management processes and procurement strategies. Experience in cost estimation and financial analysis related to service delivery. Ability to develop and present proposals and client-facing documentation effectively. Skilled in contract negotiation and vendor relationship management. Familiarity with information technology spend management and business management services. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education .
