Senior Manager (Vendor Governance) (Gurugram)

Objective (Purpose of the Job) To establish, lead, and institutionalize a robust governance framework for all outsourced collections and recovery partners, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, ethical practices, risk mitigation, and strong partner engagement through structured R&R; and communication initiatives. Additionally, the role owns the creation and management of collections communication platforms, including monthly/quarterly newsletters, to drive alignment, transparency, and best practice sharing across the vendor ecosystem.
