We're growing our brand presence across social media and need someone who can be the face of that growth, on screen and with our clients. Position Overview We're looking for a creative, confident, and communication-focused Social Media & Client Engagement Executive who can manage and grow our digital presence, be comfortable on camera creating engaging video content, coordinate with clients for testimonials and reviews, and build our online reputation. This role suits someone presentable, articulate, and genuinely energized by being in front of a camera and in front of people not just willing to do it. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management & Content Creation Plan, create, and execute social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels Build and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent, high-quality posting Monitor trends and bring creative ideas to improve engagement and reach Work closely with the video editing team to turn raw footage into polished, on-brand content Video Content & Brand Representation Act as the face of the brand for selected video content: educational videos, service explainers, client success stories, founder/expert interviews, and promotional content Script, present, and record confidently on camera, maintaining a professional and engaging presence Client Coordination & Testimonials Build relationships with clients and encourage them to share their experience Schedule and conduct client testimonial shoots, guiding clients so the final video is professional-quality Coordinate internally for editing, approvals, and publishing Online Reputation Management Own and monitor company reviews on Google Business Profile, Trustpilot, and other relevant platforms Proactively coordinate with clients to collect genuine reviews and feedback Respond professionally where needed and track opportunities to improve overall brand credibility Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident, presentable, and genuinely comfortable appearing on camera Strong interpersonal skills able to coordinate with clients professionally without it feeling like a cold ask Good understanding of social platforms and what performs well in short-form video Able to plan and run social campaigns with a good degree of independence Strong follow-up and coordination skills Creative eye for engaging content ideas Preferred Experience Prior experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, PR, or client servicingExperience creating reels, shorts, or personal brand/founder-style content Experience handling customer reviews, testimonials, or community engagement is an advantage Personal Attributes Confident, enthusiastic, and self-driven, with ownership of tasks Professional appearance and a positive attitude Comfortable interacting with different types of people Proactive in spotting content and engagement opportunities Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Consistency and quality of social media content Growth in engagement and audience reach Number and quality of client testimonials collected Improvement in online reviews and brand reputation Smooth coordination with clients and internal teams Salary: Up to Rs. 25,000/month To Apply: Send your resume, along with links to any content you've appeared in or channels you've managed, to hr@ondemandint.com .
