Specialized Color Service Delivery Color Snap Service Excellence: Manage comprehensive Color Snap service delivery ensuring 2-day turnaround time, quality recommendations, and customer satisfactionSFA Integration: Coordinate Color Snap service with Sales Force Automation systems maintaining process efficiency and lead conversion trackingService Quality Monitoring: Monitor color recommendation quality through customer feedback, conversion tracking, and service impact analysisPerformance Reporting: Generate quarterly reports on service performance, lead-to-sale conversions, and customer satisfaction metrics2. Shade Card Development & Product Support Product-Specific Shade Cards: Curate and develop product-specific shade cards using insights from product and marketing teamsColor Validation: Validate digital and print colors for Allwood and other product categories ensuring accuracy and consistencyShade Card Innovation: Develop unique shade card formats and content enhancing customer color selection experienceContent Finalization: Finalize shade card content ensuring brand consistency, technical accuracy, and customer usability3. Color Studio Operations & Content Creation Studio Management: Manage in-house color studio operations including photography, content creation, and visual asset developmentPhotography & Art Direction: Conduct professional photoshoots, provide art direction, and edit images using advanced editing tools including AIContent Archiving: Maintain comprehensive color content archive and enhance e-commerce product listings with high-quality visual assetsTraining Material Creation: Create color training materials, presentations, and visual aids supporting internal and external training programs4.
