Lead and manage end-to-end Import & Export Customs Clearance operations. Must be an F-Card Holder with strong knowledge of Indian Customs regulations and procedures. Handle Customs documentation, assessments, examination, queries, and clearance processes. Liaise with Customs authorities, CHA officials, ports, terminals, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with applicable Customs laws, regulations, and statutory requirements. Manage and mentor the Customs Clearance team and monitor daily operations. Resolve operational issues, Customs queries, and escalations effectively. Drive TAT, accuracy, service quality, and operational efficiency. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth and timely cargo clearance. Compensation: 60,000.00 - 99,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
