Role Overview The role involves field sales, client visits, business development activities, and coordination with clients and OEM partners to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Product Development Support Assist in development and improvement of nutraceutical formulations (tablets, capsules, sachets, powders, etc.)Coordinate sample development, stability testing and formulation revisionsWork closely with OEM partners on technical feasibility and production planningOEM & Vendor Coordination Liaise with third-party manufacturers for production planning and executionManage raw material and packaging vendorsNegotiate timelines and ensure adherence to agreed delivery schedulesFollow up on production status, dispatch and logisticsDocumentation & Compliance Maintain technical documentation including COA, product specifications, MSDS and product dossiersEnsure products meet regulatory and quality compliance standardsSupport audits and documentation reviews as requiredClient & Internal Coordination Visit clients, distributors, doctors, retailers, or partners for business development activitiesGenerate sales through field visits and relationship managementIdentify new market opportunities and expand customer baseMeet monthly sales and business development targetsRequired Qualifications B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BSc / MSc (Chemistry / Life Sciences)13 years of experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industryUnderstanding of formulation development and manufacturing processes preferredKey Skills & Competencies Strong coordination and follow-up skillsGood vendor negotiation abilityKnowledge of regulatory and quality documentationExcellent communication skillsOrganized and process-drivenPersonal Attributes Detail-oriented and structuredProactive problem-solverAbility to manage multiple stakeholdersStrong sense of accountabilityComfortable with travelling for client meetings and field visitsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: 18,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
