The role requires strong expertise in Indian equities, portfolio construction, risk management, and delivering consistent alpha across market cycles.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee Small Cap and Mid Cap equity portfolios.- Develop investment strategies aligned with fund mandates and risk parameters.- Conduct in-depth fundamental research and company analysis across sectors.- Lead idea generation, stock selection, and portfolio construction.- Actively monitor portfolio performance and rebalance based on market conditions.- Engage with company management teams, sell-side analysts, and industry experts.- Present investment strategy and performance updates to internal stakeholders and investors.- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk guidelines.Candidate Profile:- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Fund Manager managing Indian equity portfolios.- Strong track record in Small Cap / Mid Cap investing.- Deep understanding of Indian markets, sector dynamics, and valuation frameworks.- Proven ability to generate alpha with disciplined risk management.- Solid analytical, financial modeling, and decision-making skills.- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA preferred.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. .
