Role Description The Investor Relations Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting communication between AIS & Co and its investor and business networks. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing investor updates, presentations, and briefing materials, as well as assisting with email outreach and follow-up communications. The intern will help maintain investor and deal flow databases, track key metrics, and support the organization of virtual meetings and calls. Additional responsibilities can involve conducting basic market and industry research, reviewing company information, and summarizing findings for internal use. The role offers exposure to investment processes, deal sourcing, and relationship management in a multi-industry financial services environment. Qualifications Strong foundation in Investor Relations and Communication, with the ability to prepare clear, professional written materials and interact confidently with stakeholders.Knowledge of Investments and Finance, including basic understanding of investment concepts, capital raising, and portfolio diversification.Well-developed Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, conduct market research, and summarize insights for decision-making.Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, email platforms) and comfort working in a remote, self-directed setting.Current student or recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred; prior internship or project experience in financial services or related areas is an advantage.High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to learn about investor relations, deal flow, and sector-agnostic investing. .
