Manufacturing Capabilities SSPL offers end-to-end manufacturing across Powder, Liquid and Capsule formulations: - Powder: Whey Protein, BCAA, EAA, Creatine, Mass Gainers, Pre-Workout, Glutamine and other sports nutrition blends. - Liquid: L-Carnitine, functional beverages, nutritional shots and other liquid supplements. - Capsules: Multivitamins, ZMA, Magnesium, Joint Support, Liver Support, Collagen, HMB, Glutathione, Fat Burner/Weight Management and other wellness formulations. With a strong focus on GMP, food safety, quality systems and process control, SSPL provides reliable manufacturing solutions from product formulation to finished product. Qualification B.Tech (FT) / B.Sc (FT) / M.sc (FT) Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements): MS Office Relevant Industry: Nutraceutical / Pharma / Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: - Formulation Development - Design & develop recent formulations for dietary supplements (tablets, capsules, powders, liquids, etc.). - Optimize existing formulations to improve stability, bioavailability, and efficacy. - Evaluate new ingredients, excipients, and delivery systems for nutraceuticals. - Product Testing & Analysis - Conduct stability studies, compatibility tests, and dissolution studies. - Work with analytical teams to ensure quality and consistency in formulations. - Regulatory & Compliance - Ensure formulations comply with FSSAI, FDA, EFSA, and other international regulations. - Prepare technical documents like COAs, MSDS, and formulation dossiers. - Research & Innovation - Stay updated with the latest trends in nutraceutical science, herbal extracts, probiotics, and functional foods. - Develop and implement novel delivery technologies for enhanced bioavailability. - Cross-functional Collaboration - Work with procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams for scale-up and commercialization. - Coordinate with marketing teams to provide technical insights for product launches. - Troubleshooting & Process Optimization - Address formulation challenges related to solubility, stability, and taste masking. - Improve manufacturing processes for cost efficiency and product performance. Key Skills & Competencies: - Expertise in nutraceutical formulation techniques. - Knowledge of herbal extracts, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and probiotics. - Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Control (QC) protocols. - Strong analytical skills and experience with HPLC, FTIR, and other testing techniques. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. - Good documentation and regulatory knowledge. Preferred Experience: - Experience in tablets, capsules, soft gels, gummies, and effervescent formulations. - Prior experience working in R&D;, F&D;, or a Nutraceutical/Pharma company.
