What youll do Build and maintain core product features across frontend (Next.js) and backend (Django) stacks. Design and implement analytics dashboards, data visualizations, and real-time reporting systems. Own API design, optimization, and integration between our apps and backend services. Ensure database performance and reliability, from schema design to query optimization. Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to move quickly from concept to live feature. Help shape development standards, best practices, and architecture for scalability. Who you are Experienced in Django (Python) and Next.js (React), comfortable moving between backend and frontend. Strong understanding of API architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning. Proven ability to build analytics-heavy applications and make data usable, visual, and fast. Pragmatic and fast-moving, you know how to deliver in an evolving product environment. Opinionated about clean, maintainable code but flexible when shipping fast matters. Bonus points Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL, or analytics pipeline concepts. Experience in frontend performance optimization and responsive UI design. Understanding of AI-driven or automation-based backend systems.
