Role and Responsibilities: Generate leads through field activities, references, and direct marketing campaigns. Acquire new customers for banking/financial products. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Conduct customer meetings and explain product benefits. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Cross-sell and upsell company products and services. Ensure proper documentation and compliance during customer onboarding. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain sales pipeline. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and customer support.
