Role overview Following a recent Workday go-live, we are seeking a Workday HCM Functional Specialist to take end-to-end ownership of the HR side of the Workday system. This role is responsible for all Workday HCM system-related activities, from day-to-day functional support to configuration, optimisation, enhancements, and production deployment. The consultant will act as the primary functional owner of Workday for HR, ensuring the system continues to meet business needs post-implementation.
