Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Workday HCM. Configure and maintain Workday modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Advantages, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management. Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PICOF, and Workday Web Services. Create and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and business processes. Support Workday releases, testing activities, and system enhancements. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery. Perform data conversion, migration, validation, and reconciliation activities. Develop technical and functional documentation, training materials, and user guides. Participate in Workday implementation, optimization, and support projects.
