ServiceNow Developer Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Service Portals, ensuring they are user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing. Create and customize Service Portal widgets using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS. Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs. Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows and catalog items to support business processes. Apply UX/UI best practices to enhance the user experience of Service Portals. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs. Optimize the performance of Service Portals and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and other business units, to understand and fulfill their Service Portal needs. Mentor junior developers and share best practices within the team. RequirementsQualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on Service Portal. Proven experience with front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS). Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and limitations. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist IT Service Management (preferred). .
