Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive Fresher role based in Tambaram. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and coordinating documentation. The Human Resources Executive will help implement HR policies, support employee engagement activities, and respond to basic HR-related queries. The role also includes assisting with recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and supporting hiring managers. The selected candidate will collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth HR processes and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
