Role Description The Vice President Transitions Revenue Cycle Management is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Pune City. This position oversees end-to-end transition and implementation of revenue cycle management processes for current and existing clients, ensuring smooth migration, operational readiness, and performance stability. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing transition strategies, leading cross-functional project teams, defining timelines and milestones, and managing risk, quality, and stakeholder expectations. The role requires close collaboration with operations, technology, finance, and client leadership to design scalable workflows, monitor KPIs, and continuously improve transition methodologies. The Vice President will also mentor transition managers, establish best practices, and support business development efforts by contributing to solution design and client presentations. Qualifications - Strong expertise in revenue cycle management, accounts receivable operations, and transition/project management for large-scale, multi-site engagements. - Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams, stakeholder communication, and change management in complex, rapid-paced environments. - Advanced skills in data analysis, KPI monitoring, performance reporting, and process optimization using metrics-driven decision-making. - Experience with technology-enabled business process outsourcing, including workflow design, automation, and system integration within RCM. - Proven ability to build client relationships, negotiate expectations, and present solutions and progress updates to executive-level stakeholders. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. - Significant prior experience (often 10+ years) in RCM or related operations, including leadership roles in transitions or implementations. - Comfort working on-site in Pune City, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones and occasionally travel as business needs require. .
