Techno-Functional Consultant SAP EWM Location: Ernakulam, Kerala Experience: 10+ Years Primary Skills: SAP EWM / WM, MM, SD, ABAP Employment Type: Full-Time Salary : 20 LPA About the Role We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional SAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP EWM/WM, MM, SD, and ABAP to design, implement, and support SAP warehouse management solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of functional warehouse-management expertise and technical development capabilities, with experience integrating SAP WM/EWM with MM, SD, PP, and third-party systems. What You Can Expect From the Job Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and analyse warehouse management requirements.Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions and technical specifications.Design, configure, implement, and support SAP EWM/WM solutions.Configure end-to-end warehouse processes, including:Inbound processesOutbound processesInventory managementWarehouse operationsStock movements and related processesWork on SAP MM and SD integration with warehouse-management processes.Support integration of SAP WM/EWM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.Develop and support custom enhancements using ABAP, SAP Fiori, and other relevant SAP technologies.Analyse technical requirements and develop appropriate enhancements and custom solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in SAP WM/EWM.Conduct unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and UAT support.Support SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and production-support activities.Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process and technical improvements.Prepare functional and technical documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides.Conduct knowledge-transfer and training sessions for end users and business teams when required.Work closely with technical, functional, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.Provide support during go-live, cutover, and hypercare.Must-Have Skills 10+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on experience in SAP WM/EWM and SD-related processes.Strong experience in SAP WM/EWM implementation and support.Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and best practices.Hands-on experience with SAP WM/EWM configuration.Good understanding of SAP MM and SD integration with warehouse processes.Strong technical knowledge of ABAP programming and debugging.Experience developing or supporting custom SAP enhancements.Good understanding of SAP interfaces and integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.Experience working with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to independently manage technical and functional workstreams.Technical Skills The candidate should have exposure to: SAP EWM / WMSAP MMSAP SDABAPSAP FioriSAP S/4HANASAP integration/interfacesCustom enhancementsFunctional configurationTechnical troubleshootingFunctional Expertise Strong understanding of warehouse-management processes, including: Inbound delivery and goods receiptOutbound delivery and goods issueInventory managementStock transfers and movementsWarehouse operationsWarehouse process integration with MM and SDBusiness-process optimisationEnd-to-end warehouse process designWhat Will Help You Do the Job Well Strong techno-functional understanding of SAP warehouse-management processes.Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical SAP solutions.Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.Ability to work independently with business stakeholders and technical teams.Good project-management and documentation skills.Experience handling implementation and production-support environments.Ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.ISMS Responsibilities Maintain a good understanding of Information Security practices.Oversee and comply with applicable business processes within the Information Security Management System (ISMS).Support and maintain required ISMS documentation.Participate in risk assessments and support implementation of risk-treatment plans.Act as a risk owner for assigned areas where applicable, including identifying, assessing, and managing risks.Participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and information-security continuity tests in coordination with the CISO.Monitor and report relevant ISMS performance and compliance requirements.Implement applicable security policies and procedures.Escalate information-security issues and concerns to the appropriate stakeholders/CISO. .
