Key ResponsibilitiesA. Lead Management & Customer CallingMaintain and update leads received from IndiaMart, Google, and the sales team.Call new prospective customers to introduce the company, products, and basic business details.Call existing customers to follow up for repeat orders and sales requirements.B. Order Coordination & Internal Follow-upForward buying requests received from customers to the billing team for further processing.Coordinate with the billing team once Purchase Orders (POs are generated).Share PO details received from the billing team with vendors for confirmation.C. Vendor & Payment CoordinationFollow up with vendors for order confirmation and payment confirmation.Collect payment screenshots and confirmed PO copies from vendors.Share payment proof and PO details with the accounts team for record and further action.D. Dispatch, Logistics & Delivery Follow-upCoordinate with the dispatch team to share transport details and branch office delivery addresses.Follow up with the dispatch team to confirm whether LR (Logistic Receipt) is received.Share LR photos with dealers to keep them informed about dispatch status.Follow up with dealers if material is not received on time.Coordinate internally to handle cases of material shortage or non-availability and ensure required changes or corrections are made as per situation.E.
