What Youll Be Doing: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Engineers Own end-to-end quality assurance processes across multiple projects Plan, define & execute test strategies (Manual + UAT + Usability + Compatibility Testing) Communicate effectively with internal teams & clients Track, manage, and close bugs using tools like Jira or Bugzilla Build and manage automation frameworks What Were Looking For: 9+ years in Software QA (manual testing and Automation testing) Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing and client coordination Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Hands-on with bug tracking tools and reporting metrics Prior experience in leading teams and delivering high-quality releases Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium is a plus If quality is your mindset and leadership is your strength this is your place! .
